Example- If there is a problem with anything you supply & it results in injury or damage, you are covered . For example - you supply brackets for shelving and due to a manufacturing fault they cause injury or damage.
Example- You remove clients property for repair or to keep it safe either to your premises or to your vehicle at the front of their premises and as a result of your negligence it is damaged or stolen, you are covered.
Example - You build a veranda and it collapses causing injury or damage, you are covered.
Example - If you use subbies and as a result of their negligence, you are included in a legal action against them, you are covered.
Example - Most public liability policies exclude claims arising from attachments to a registered vehicle. Eg. Someone trips over a compressor hose connected to your vehicle. With our policy you are covered.
Example - If you cut or damage underground services, you are covered, including the resulting damage that may be caused. eg. fusion of household appliances etc.
The policy includes LEGAL COSTS as part of your limit of indemnity.
