Example – Slate layed by you have some edges that stick up and someone trips over, you are covered, or you use glue that is incorrectly manufactured and slate falls off a wall causing damage or injury, you are covered.

GOODS IN CUSTODY
Example – You have clients slate stored at your premises and as a result of your negligence they are stolen or burnt, for example, you are covered. You may have failed to adequately lock the premises, or left a cigarette burning etc.
ATTACHMENTS TO A REGISTERED VEHICLE
Example – Most public liability policies exclude claims arising from attachments to a registered vehicle. Eg. Someone trips over a lead connected to your vehicle. With our policy you are covered.
Example – If you use subbies and as a result of their negligence, you are included in a legal action against them, you are covered.
The policy includes legal costs in addition to your limit of indemnity.
