1. Information on how to enter the Promotion forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Promotion (see clause 22, below).

3. The total prize pool consists of 1 x Visa gift card (valued at $500), 1 x signed Melbourne United Player’s jersey (valued at $400) and 4 x Courtside tickets (each valued at $990) to the following game:

4. There can only be two winners in this Promotion. Winners will receive the following prizes (at the discretion of the Promotor):

(a) one winner will receive one (1) x Visa gift card and two (2) x Melbourne United courtside tickets to the game referred to in clause 3 (together these prizes are deemed to be one “Prize”);
(b) one winner will receive one (1) x signed Melbourne United player’s jersey and two (2) x Melbourne United courtside tickets to the game referred to in clause 3 (together these prizes are deemed to be one “Prize”).

5. Each winner is entitled to a maximum of one Prize.

6. Each winner (and their guest) is expected to arrange their own transport to and from the game (at their own cost). Accommodation and travel are not included in the Prize.

7. Each winner will have 3 days from the date the Promotion ends to redeem the Prize. If a Prize is not claimed within this period, then it will be regarded as unclaimed and will be deemed to have been forfeited and a redraw (via random electronic draw) by Promoter will be held to determine a new winner.

8. The Promotion commences at 10:00am on 13/1/2026 and concludes at 11:59pm on 13/1/2026

9. The promoter of this Competition is Arthur J. Gallagher & Co (AUS) Limited ABN 34 005 543 920 (AFSL 238312) (‘Promoter‘). IMAR is a business name of the Promoter and where we have referenced “Promoter” in these terms and conditions, this shall include IMAR.

10. IMAR can be contacted on: 03 9244 7777 (ask to speak to the Brand and Marketing Co-Ordinator).

11. Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter friends or immediate family of IMAR’s Brand and Marketing Co-Ordinator, the associated companies and contractors of the Promoter and any other agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

12. The Promotion is only open to Melbourne United members who are residents of Australia and who attend the Melbourne United Open Training Session (see clause 22).

13. Participants under the age of 18 years must provide the consent of a parent or guardian (over 18 years of age) to enter the Promotion and the parent or guardian must first read and consent to these terms and conditions. If participants under the age of 18 years do not provide parental or guardian consent, their entry will be deemed invalid.

14. The Promoter may require each winner to provide proof of identity, proof of parent or guardian consent (if applicable) and/or proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion. In the event that a winner(s) cannot provide suitable proof, the winner(s) will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute prize will be offered.

15. If a winner is under the age of 18 years old:

(a) the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to the winner’s parent or guardian on behalf of the winner; or
(b) they must be accompanied to the game by a parent or guardian who is over 18 years of age.

16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for whatever reason.

17. Number of entries: One entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

18. The Prize is as stated and is not redeemable for cash, nor will alternatives be offered. The Prize is not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute the Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

19. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to disqualify any entry that breaches these terms and conditions.

20. As the Promotion is a game of chance, and subject otherwise to these terms and conditions, skill plays no part in determining the winning entrant and each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.

21. The Promoter collects personal information from all entrants in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, collect, use and disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, Prize suppliers and as required, to regulatory authorities. The Promoter may also collect and use the personal information from entrants for the purpose of sending entrants marketing and promotional communications regarding the Promoter’s goods and services. Please see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (see below) for more information about how the Promoter collects, stores, uses and discloses personal information, including details about overseas disclosure, access, correction, how entrants can make a privacy-related complaint and the Promoter’s complaint-handling process. 22. How to enter: By filling out a lead generation form (accessible via a QR code to be displayed at the Melbourne United Open Training Session held at 10:45 AM on 13 January 2026 at the Courtside Port Melbourne located at 522 Graham St, Port Melbourne, VIC 3207, Australia, and agreeing (or having a parent or guardian agree) to receive marketing communications of IMAR (including emails and social media ads), contacted by IMAR insurance brokers regarding insurance solutions, and to be contacted by IMAR, between 10:00 am 13/1/2026 and 11:59pm 16/1/2026, you will automatically be put in the draw to win the “Prize”.

23. Each winner of the Promotion will be randomly selected from the entrants and determined by electronic draw. The draw will take place on 16/1/2026 at the IMAR office, Level 4, 289 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne, 3002 or at an alternative address with another Gallagher employee present. The Promoter reserves the right to review additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is first determined as the winner.

24. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

25. Subject to State and Territory regulation, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion as necessary due to circumstances outside its control, and the entrants or winner will not be entitled to any compensation.

26. Each winner of the Prize may be notified by phone call, text message or email and may be announced on social media. The name and photo of each winner may be published on the IMAR’s social media sites and IMAR’s website.

27. If the winner is not reachable on the contact details provided or does not contact IMAR back by the 16/1/2026, or is otherwise deemed to be ineligible, then the Prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be determined by a redraw (via random electronic draw). Once the winner has contacted IMAR to secure the Prize, the Prize will be sent to the winner via email. Failure to contact IMAR within this time will result in the Prize being forfeited and redrawn, subject to any approval or directions of a relevant regulatory authority.

28. The Promoter may communicate, advertise or run this Promotion using Facebook or Instagram. However, the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Instagram.

29. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use the entrant’s names and entry for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes.

30. By entering the Promotion, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter, Facebook and Instagram (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter, Facebook or Instagram or that the Promoter, Facebook or Instagram may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Promotion or winning or failing to win a Prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.

31. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any legislation which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable State or Territory legislation (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).

32. Each winner expressly acknowledges that despite anything to the contrary but subject to the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (and its associated agencies and companies) will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or the Prize.

33. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure is caused or contributed to by an event or circumstance which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

34. By entering the venue referred to in clause 22, each winner and their guest agrees to be bound by the venue’s conditions of entry. Compliance with the conditions of entry of the venue is the responsibility of the winners and their guests. Persons who breach any conditions of entry of the venue may be ejected from the venue. The Promoter (and its associated agencies and companies) will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained in connection with a winner or their guest being ejected from the venue.

35. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
